The Challenge

LifinanceTech needed more than visual improvements. The existing WordPress website had major technical SEO problems that limited crawlability, indexability, page quality, and long-term organic growth. At the project start, the Ahrefs audit showed a health score of only 1, with 8,993 errors, 12,412 warnings, and 9,006 notices across the site. Nearly all crawled URLs were affected by errors: 2,999 URLs with errors and only 23 URLs without errors. The project required a structured recovery plan: Redesign the website with a clearer and more modern WordPress structure. Redevelop the site so pages, templates, content, and technical settings were more manageable. Fix major crawl, indexation, link, and page-level technical SEO issues. Build a stronger technical base before scaling content or organic marketing. Coordinate design, development, deployment, and SEO work without disrupting the live website.

The Strategy

We followed a four-month recovery process that combined website design, WordPress development, and technical SEO. First, we mapped the existing site structure and redesign priorities. Then we rebuilt the WordPress experience with cleaner templates, navigation, and content management. Finally, we resolved high-impact crawl, indexation, link, and page-level issues, validating progress through recurring Ahrefs Site Audits.

WordPress and SEO Together

I do not treat design, development, and SEO as separate tasks. I plan the website foundation so it supports user experience, marketing, crawlability, and future growth.

Technical SEO Prioritization

I focus on the issues that create the biggest technical impact first, rather than spending time on low-priority audit warnings.

Managed Development Delivery

I can lead WordPress developers through a clear implementation plan, quality checks, technical requirements, and SEO validation.

Evidence-Based Reporting

I use audit data to show what changed health score, errors, crawl coverage, affected URLs, and remaining priorities.

Safe Migration and QA

Review live-site changes, redirects, URLs, templates, and core functionality before and after release to reduce the risk of SEO losses during redevelopment.

SEO-Ready Site Foundation

Create a cleaner base for future content, landing pages, internal linking, performance optimization, and scalable organic growth.

What I Did

Planned website structure, redesign priorities, and page hierarchy. Audited technical SEO issues and prioritized fixes by business impact. Directed WordPress redevelopment, templates, settings, and deployment tasks. Reviewed crawl, indexability, links, URL behavior, and on-page technical signals. Validated fixes with recurring Ahrefs Site Audits and live-site QA.

The Results

From 1% Technical Health to a 94 Health Score. Over four months, LifinanceTech moved from a technically weak WordPress site to a stronger, more crawlable, and SEO-ready foundation. The project combined redesign, redevelopment, audit-led fixes, and repeated validation. 94 Health Score. 96% Fewer Reported Errors. 92% Fewer Error-Affected URLs.

Why Choose Me for WordPress and Technical SEO?

A redesign alone does not fix SEO. Technical fixes alone do not improve a weak user experience. I combine both into one managed project so your website looks credible, works properly, and supports sustainable search growth.

Strategy Before Development

I start with site structure, user journeys, content hierarchy, and SEO priorities—so development work is based on a clear business and search-growth plan.

Technical SEO That Drives Action

I prioritize issues that can block crawling, indexing, usability, or conversions instead of overwhelming you with a long list of low-impact audit warnings.

One Managed Workflow

I coordinate the redesign, WordPress development, technical fixes, QA, deployment, and validation—reducing handoff problems between marketing and development.

Measurable Improvement

You receive evidence of progress through health-score changes, affected URL counts, crawl data, error reductions, and a clear list of remaining work.

Built for Future Growth

The goal is not only to fix today’s issues. I build a WordPress foundation that supports future landing pages, content publishing, internal linking, SEO improvements, and conversion campaigns.

Signs Your WordPress Website Needs a Rebuild

These are common signs that design, development, and technical SEO need to be addressed together.

  • Poor Technical SEO Health

Your SEO audit shows a low health score, widespread errors, broken crawl paths, or large numbers of affected URLs.

  • Outdated Website Experience

The website looks old, is hard to navigate, lacks clear user paths, or does not represent the current quality of your business.

  • Crawl and Indexing Problems

Important pages are not being crawled or indexed correctly, while low-value URLs, duplicates, redirects, or broken links create SEO waste.

  • Unmanaged WordPress Setup

Plugins, themes, pages, files, and technical settings have grown without a clear structure, making the website difficult to update safely.

  • Slow Marketing Execution

Your marketing team cannot quickly create or update landing pages because the website structure and development workflow are too restrictive.

  • No Clear SEO Measurement

You have no reliable technical audit, issue-priority plan, or reporting process to understand what is blocking organic growth.

Quote highlight

“A WordPress redesign should not only make a website look better. It should create a technical foundation that is easier to crawl, easier to manage, and ready for long-term growth.”
