The Challenge

WPPOOL is a Turkish SaaS company with a global customer base, but its growth required a stronger acquisition and measurement system across multiple competitive English-speaking markets. The project involved building a repeatable marketing engine that could attract relevant audiences in the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe while connecting traffic, engagement, lead actions, and revenue inside a clear analytics framework.

The Strategy

I worked as the lead marketer for WPPOOL from January through November, owning the growth direction across programmatic marketing, Google Ads, SEO/GEO optimization, landing-page strategy, and performance measurement. My work included: Defined the marketing roadmap for international SaaS growth. Led programmatic SEO and content acquisition initiatives. Managed Google Ads strategy, campaign direction, and optimization priorities. Planned and refined conversion-focused landing page messaging. Coordinated implementation with the web and software development team. Worked with the creative content specialist on campaign assets and content requirements. Used GA4 data to evaluate page performance, events, key actions, engagement, and revenue. Reported on business impact, not just impressions or clicks. Engagement progression: The engagement began at $1,200 per month in January and was extended to $1,600 per month for the final two months October and November reflecting expanded scope and continued work on the growth program.

Keyword & Search Intent Research

Identified what the target audience was actually searching for, and matched video topics to real search demand instead of guesswork.

Title, Description & Metadata Optimization

Rebuilt titles, descriptions, and tags around search and discovery, so YouTube's algorithm could correctly categorize and surface each video.

Retention-Focused Structuring

Adjusted pacing and structure of new uploads to hold watch time longer, since watch time directly drives recommendation reach.

Performance Tracking & Iteration

Set up a simple system to track which videos and formats performed best, so future content could double down on what worked.

What I Did

(I create Programmatic Content and SEO Expansion) Built a scalable content-led acquisition framework focused on search demand, product use cases, and relevant audience queries. The goal was to create structured organic entry points that could continuously bring qualified visitors into the SaaS funnel. (Google Ads and Demand Capture) Planned and optimized Google Ads activity to reach high-intent search audiences and support priority landing pages. Paid campaigns were used alongside organic efforts to test messaging, validate demand, and drive conversion-focused sessions. (GEO and International Market Optimization) Optimized positioning, content direction, and campaign targeting for worldwide SaaS audiences, with particular focus on the USA, UK, Canada, and European markets. This helped align acquisition efforts with regional search behavior and buyer intent. (Conversion Tracking and GA4 Measurement) Implemented a measurement-first approach using GA4 engagement, key-event, and revenue signals. The campaign generated 329,964 tracked events and 919 key events, enabling performance decisions based on user behavior rather than traffic alone. (Cross-Functional Delivery) Managed campaign execution in collaboration with a software developer, web developer, and creative content specialist. This made it possible to move from campaign idea to landing-page updates, creative production, tracking, and optimization without fragmented execution.

The Results

$62,998.51 total revenue recorded in GA4. 120,875 total views across the tracked website experience. 18,750 active users engaged with the website. 329,964 total events captured, showing substantial interaction activity. 919 key events recorded as primary conversion signals. 34.37% bounce rate, indicating that a meaningful share of visitors continued beyond the initial page visit. 6.45 views per active user, reflecting repeat exploration and deeper product/content engagement.

Signs Your SaaS Growth System Needs Improvement

If traffic, ads, SEO, landing pages, and analytics operate separately, it becomes difficult to see what actually generates revenue. These are common signals that the growth system needs restructuring.

  • Traffic Without Revenue Clarity

You receive visitors, but cannot reliably connect acquisition channels, pages, or campaigns to revenue and key conversion actions.

  • Paid Ads Without Learning Loops

Google Ads spend increases, but landing-page performance, search intent, and conversion data are not being used to continuously improve campaigns.

  • SEO Without Scalable Coverage

Your organic strategy depends on occasional articles instead of a structured programmatic approach that covers search demand at scale.

  • Fragmented Team Execution

Marketing ideas are delayed because content, creative, web updates, tracking, and technical implementation are not aligned in one workflow.

Quote highlight

A SaaS growth campaign should not stop at impressions or clicks. It should connect acquisition, engagement, conversion actions, and revenue in one measurable system.
